turnipot: I made a redraw challenge with my old drawing that I drew when I was 11. It was actually very fun and I remembered why I liked dragons so much back then. I realized that sometime I probably would like to come back to this subject. [id 1: Digital artwork of a sea dragon emerging from cresting waves. It is blue and smooth-skinned; it has a white underbelly and sharp, translucent fins down its back. There are six jutting white horns of different sizes on its head, and six more on its tail; the tallest horns on its head and two of the horns on its tail are dripping with blood. its mouth is open, showing tiny, razor-sharp teeth, and loose strands of kelp hang from its body.id 2: The piece that was being redrawn: it has very similar colors and composition, but is done in colored pencil and is less detailed. Some of the elements included evoke a closer approximation of the traditional western dragon, like scales and a sharper face shape. The art seems less experienced than its updated counterpart. end id] -- source link
