It is an addiction to look outside of you that you forget the magic that lives within you ✨ Ive been reflecting a lot in my journal how its interesting in many circles we glorify the mindset work but often forget the Body awareness. Now don’t get me wrong the mindset work is everything, but the more I’ve dug in, if I’m not receiving or getting the results I truly want, almost every 99.9% of the time the answer lives in my emotional body and what I’m not giving back to myself. We can connect this to psychological attributes in the chakras but beyond that it’s about remembering your body is connected to your subconscious. If you’re doing all the mindset work and everything in between but nothing is changing its because you have to dig in and change your energetics first. Energy is the domino effect behind your mindset. Your mindset often connects to your conscious mind which is dominated around the ego. So here’s what blows my mind, if youre only working with mindset you are still competing against the body and the subconscious programming. You’re also still trying to create change in a place of the cushion of your ego. That’s like looking at your past, doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result from that same emotional energy. It feels impossible. Hard. Complicated because you’re only looking at your past not creating/manifesting from the now. This means the fastest way to create REAL change is to work with the energy that created it, by learning to reprogram, alchemize it and work with the body. It also means if the energy isn’t changing There are bits of unconscious mindset that are still blocking you or keeping you stuck - why?
