Words are power. I’ve been writing in 99 cent compositions since I was 15. In 2016 I decided to start a daily writing practice. Over the years I decided to invest in pretty journals and I’ve never looked back since. It feels good to my soul. Writing helps me breathe easier. Its the easiest way to connect to my soul without the noise. It’s the easiest way to observe my thoughts, my crazy, emotionally vent and its the easiest way to recode and reprogram what I’m attracting as it helps me set radical intentions on the daily. Each intention is a seed. A seed planted in the mind. When first starting out on intentions it may feel like you’re just doing nothing but writing, but what you are doing is training your mind to plant new seeds to think and feel differently. We can choose to water and nurture the seeds of desire. Or we can feel that they aren’t growing fast enough so we dig them up again and say this isn’t working for me. Or we can choose to give them water Nurture them, simmer them in our mind, try them on, dance with them. Play with them. Look at the possibilities. Or we can try to force the flower to bloom. Grow faster. Do more. Be more. Focus on obsessing about the seed. Grow dammit. Grow faster. Do more. Be more. Clearly I’m not enough, so I have to make this flower grow by myself, somehow? But the seed is still there, doing its thing And higher self is telling you, with your resistance to growth, the seed is still growing, but you’re over there, not allowing it to naturally bloom. You’re giving it too much water. Not enough sunlight. You’re trying too hard you drown it. Now you give up and dig up the seed? When all you had to do was give it love, nourishment, patience and watch for it to bloom. Because it was already planted in you. Its always been yours. It’s always been in existence for you. So why are focused on the lack of it. Why are you digging up the seed? The seed is already planted. And we never force flowers to bloom so why are you doing that to yourself? When all you needed to do was accept your natural growth. And watch the seeds you planted continue to bloom. As it was always yours to begin with https://www.instagram.com/p/CQtlmGhHms3/?utm_medium=tumblr -- source link
