Last night I designed myself a meal plan, and ordered some cool vegan protein powder. Starting monday I’m starting mission “Get Abs Like Mikasa”! >=D Already started this little workout plan I found online haha, but I’ve changed it up a bit. I’m going to do two of the workouts a day plus 1 hour cardio, 6x a week. I’ve been doing well so far with getting fit, but now its time to get serious! I’ll probably do some more changing up as time passes, like adding workouts for other parts of the body :P Hardest part will be cutting down on my drinking >_> can’t really have abs and be a drinker. -- source link
