For Adoption! Ralphie aka “Half Face”, 3 years old, Rustaveli AvenueRalphie is a street dog who was vaccinated and neutered by the Tbilisi Animal Monitoring Agency. For some time he had a relatively good life. He lived near the US Embassy and was regularly fed and cared for by the Embassy staff. Unfortunately, when some new dogs migrated to the same territory, they started to bully Ralphie and chase him away. For his protection, Ralphie was taken to the shelter. Ralphie is a gentle and cheerful dog, who loves people and gets along with other dogs as long as they aren’t too dominant.
