The CD came with a booklet illustrated entirely by Suzunosuke.The pictures above are as follows:The first picture is the front of the album booklet by itself. The next is the inside of the CD case without the CD inside, followed by the CD itself.After the cd is a picture of the front of the obi. This time, the obi had some text on the inside, so there is a scan of the back of the obi, as well. Finally, there is a picture of the back of the CD case.Opening the booklet fully, the first sepia spread of the forest contains the lyrics for the first five songs on the CD. The final single-page image contains the lyrics for the last two songs on the CD; this is the back cover of the booklet.Finally, since the front and back of the booklet connect to show a single picture of Evil’s Forest, there is a full spread of the cover of the booklet.
