Day 2 - self assessment. Constantly always checking in with one self. How you doing? Where are you?
Day 2 - self assessment. Constantly always checking in with one self. How you doing? Where are you? What’s up? My legs are moving. My hands are building, my eyes are envisioning, and my heart is loving. The shark early this morning really made me think about is it fear of sharks, or does the shark represent things you must let go. But we went surfing anyways. It was beautiful today. Glassy. It was small when we were watching but grew as we deiceded to play in Kanaloa’s locker. I got to remember the things I loved doing. Surfing. It was my childhood outlet along with music. We’d surf all day from dawn to dusk. Now I’m good with an hour or so lol might be because I’m out of condition. Paddling out is like testing your determination to survive and to accomplish. Feel that high on the wave. Got to think about ohana. Spending time with everyone, focus on relationship building and working together. Hearing my girls be so overprotective of life. And the men just having fun with life. It was awesome today. One day at a time. #kaikeanaainapiko -- source link
