Filming vs. comic vs. show aliceoseman: One month of heartstoppertv This was the last shot we filmed for the show! It meant a lot to me because this is the street that I used as a real life reference while drawing this page of the comic back in May 2018. We weren’t even going to use Herne Bay initially as it was quite far away from our other locations, but after spending a long time during pre-production searching for the right beach, we eventually decided it was the perfect place - which meant we could use this street for this moment. It was just one of the many many ways the crew of Heartstopper worked so hard to preserve what’s in the comics, and it made me very happy ☀️ -- source link
