Nanette Medved as Darna (1991). Darna’s been called the Filipina Wonder Woman, but apart from wearing a battle bikini, that’s not quite an apt comparison. She’s got the body-switch alternate persona gimmick of Captain Marvel, and is an alien warrior from another planet like Superman, and her scifi battles with different colored space warriors are extremely reminiscent of the b-movie-esque outer space story arcs in Dragon Ball Z. -- source link
