Super greens pesto pasta ♀️ Love adding lots of greens to my pesto to make it more nutritious. I never measure when making it but this is what I put in it: lots of basil, garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, a few tbsp of hemp seeds for added plant protein, a good handful of nuts or seeds (pine nuts are what you would usually use but honestly I always add whatever I have on my pantry, today was sunflower seeds) lemon juice, and a big handful of greens (like kale, spinach..) then some sea salt and pepper to taste.
