Because now that the fires have cooled the healing shall begin. As unapologetic as ever, we boldly call upon creators of color to tell your stories, because we need diverse creators just as much as we need diverse books. ELEMENTS, is still an all-ages anthology, very much so open to all fictional stories you feel we’re not allowed to tell in traditional publishing because our voices are not understood. Please see the full list here. PAYMENT Our page rate is $50 per up to a maximum of 15 pages. 5 copies per contributor will also be provided. All copies purchased after the book is produced will be provided at 50% off the cover price to be sold by contributors. We also plan to incorporate bonuses to everyone if the Kickstarter over funds. OUR SPECS We will be printing a two color book, black with a teal Pantone spot color, at 6.625" × 10.25" (standard graphic novel size). YOUR RIGHTS Understand that submitting your stories to Elements means that, if accepted, you are ceding exclusive first worldwide rights to the story for a full calendar year from the date of publication, and non-exclusive worldwide reprint rights in perpetuity. Intellectual property rights will remain in the hands of the creator.
