Hello Autumn Like much of the last two years, it has seemed endless, tedious and dragging, and yet has flown by in a blink of an eye. It can be hard to see and feel the progress you’ve made or maybe even to face that it’s been slower than you’ve liked. Autumn is such a great season to reflect on these things without the pressure of New Years Resolutions or birthday dread (well I guess unless your birthday is in autumn lol) I’ve been at a standstill these last couple years but life must go on and it’s time to set some new goals for myself.
