“Tapestries is an indie assortment of sound and locality, as well as the moniker for Mike DeCosta of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. DeCosta has been writing and performing for several years with a wide instrumental repertoire. He formed My Every Minute in 2006 and since then has created many songs with the help of various contributing artists also from Rhode Island.” —band FB Bio The band Napoleon has been single-handedly responsible for any familiarity that I have with anything from Rhode Island. The younger half of the Keithline brothers invited me and a few friends to see these guys at Big Snow and I’m glad I was able to drag not only myself but two visitors from Tennessee with me. I really appreciated the standout guitar—it came as a refreshing alternative to the thrash/pure noise-heavy shows I’ve otherwise found myself at recently. As usual, I’m not the best blurb creator so take a listen. This is the only video I could find so I’m adding a Soundcloud clip to fill it out. Great Mapping Out by Tapestries -- source link
