This year I found out that I score in the 5th percentile for memory and the 99.7th for IQ. The doctor said she’d be surprised if I could make any durable memories. So I decided to prove her wrong and am putting my high score to work with a duration performance video piece called Amnesia Diaries. I make a video memory every day and am working on ways to use machine learning to help me with reminiscing, nostalgia, and non-linear recall.
