Am I the only one who thinks it’s suspicious that DC is ONLY celebrating Damian during this month when he’s in covers with other Asian characters but never when he’s just by himself? He has so many solo covers that they’re could have used instead of one where he’s with a Korean character eating Korean food or this shitty racist run from 2 years ago that had the Arab main character strapping a bomb to his chest as a part of the (thankfully canceled) plot-line of turning him into a villain.It’s like they know that if they posted just Damian alone then people/casual readers will realize that this mean that HE is Asian, but by posting these covers instead then they can play it off as them celebrating Roundhouse, Emiko and Connor while Damian, their supportive “white” friend, is just next to them. -- source link
