thewhitewitchofdevon: Round two of making salt dough runes! Instead of letting them air dry like the last batch, I oven dried them. I also purchased some little clay moulding tools from hobbycraft today so the engravings are a lot easier to do and come out looking much neater/clear. I was thinking about painting black over the little symbols to make them stand out a bit more, but I think I prefer them just as they are; they look like little beach pebbles. So I think I might leave them just like this, it looks a lot more natural and authentic. If they are popular, I shall consider selling them! -- source link
