grilled veggies & baby potatoes wrap! cr. xIngredients:- half red onion- 8 pieces baby potatoes- 100g brown mushroom- 200g of canned chickpeas- 200g cherry tomatoes- 1 red bell pepper- black garlic salt- zest of half a lemon- black pepper- paprika powder- fresh parley / parsley flakes- cheddar cheese- wholegrain wrapsHow to: Cut the ingredients: Dice the onions and mushrooms. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Thinly slice the bell pepper and cut them into little pieces.Prep the veggies:1. Put the baby potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.*You can use a fork to pierce the potatoes after 10 minutes to see if it’s soft enough for your liking.2. Drain the baby potatoes and run it under tap water to cool them down.3. Dice them and give them a good rinse to remove the excess starch. *Doing this process will ensure that your potatoes won’t be too mushy, unless you prefer having mushy potatoes, of course.4. Drain the potatoes and dab it with kitchen towel ‘til it’s dry. Do the same with the brown mushroom.5. Mix all the chopped ingredients together in big bowl. Give the canned chickpeas a good rinse, drain them and add them in.6. Add black garlic salt, paprika powder and black pepper to taste. *If you don’t have black garlic salt, you can mix salt and garlic powder together.7. Add the zest of half a lemon and mix all the ingredients together ‘til all the spices are evenly coating the vegetables.8. Add 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil into the veggies and mix them all up.9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. While the oven is preheating, pour the ingredients into a baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Spread them evenly.10. Put them into the preheated oven for 12 minutes.11. Take out the veggies out of the oven, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top of them and mix them all up ‘til the cheese melts.Onto the chopping board:1. Lay the wholegrain wraps. Add the grilled ingredients in and roll ‘em up! *tutorial on how to fold a wrap.2. Heat up a non-stick pan on a medium heat. When the pan is hot, put the wrap in. 3.
