italianlangblr: I’ve had a few requests to list the resources I’m using to learn Italian lately, so here it is; Books; Italian All-In-One for Dummies Barron’s Italian Grammar Short Stories in Italian for Beginners Apps; Duolingo (occasionally, for vocab) Anki (flashcards) HelloTalk (speak to natives) Linguee (dictionary) Podcasts; 30 Minute Italian (by TheIcebergProject) Coffee Break Italian News in Slow Italian ItalianPod 101 Websites; FluentU The Iceberg Project The Italian Experiment www.italian-verbs.com ThoughtCo ILUSS.com Joy of Languages Tumblr (obviously) YouTube Channels; Weila Tom Learn Italian with Lucrezia Italian Made Easy Tutoring: iTalki (for weekly tutoring sessions to keep on top of my language learning) Basically, I’m learning the most common 300 words, basic grammar, and then following my main book (for Dummies) whilst consulting these resources for extra revision/vocab. I think it’s super important to have things like HelloTalk and iTalki in the mix to keep up human interaction and also hold yourself accountable!! Ciao xx -- source link
