For the better part of the past year, I’ve been developing I Ship It as a series for the CW Seed. Though this series shares the same creative team behind the short film I Ship It (myself, Brian Grider & Kirstyn Hippe, as well as much of the same key crew), we’re playing with new characters, new stories, and a new spin on a familiar universe. I SHIP IT premieres on Thursday, June 23 on the CW Seed. The Story: Ella Spencer forms a nerd rock band with her roommate Tim and two summer interns, Sasha and Denver. Musical adventures ensue! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SOUNDTRACK TO THIS SERIES. This show has been a massive labor of love for so many people - our entire cast and crew absolutely killed it from development to post-production - and I’m thrilled to be able to share it with you soon.
