gluttons-for-punishment: Who’s old enough to remember Flintlock? None of you, I bet. They were crap!Look-In was a 1970s TV-based weekly magazine aimed at teenagers. Dubbed “the junior TVTimes” after the weekly TV guide that carried listings for the ITV channel (”Independent Television”) in the UK. There were articles and comic strips based on current TV programmes such as The Tomorrow People, Worzel Gummidge, Space: 1999, On The Buses, Man About The House and Count Duckula among others, and pop and sport stories and posters and photo features. I started buying it when I was about 10 but soon lost interest once puberty raised its priapic head.Look-In soldiered on throughout the 80s but finally bit the dust in the early 90s, by which time nobody gave a shit. Not only do I remember them I remember the Bionic woman and the six million dollar man. I had this issue I adored Lookin. -- source link
