I just watched Pickett’s Charge on EarthCam, which is something I didn’t expect to happen today in my life. I had pretty much resigned myself to not experiencing any of the Gettysburg 150th due to my lack of available vacation days, but then what is technology really for anyway? The charge is over, but the feed is still up if anyone wants to check it out. There have been some wayward soldiers wandering across the screen every now and again, which is cool. You could also just make it full screen and play Ashokan Farewell in the background if you want to make yourself cry. Sky’s the limit! -- source link
