REVERSE SEAWORLDSince everyone talking about DATES *cough cough ungle G*It was a beautiful morning in Spain, and my work partner and I were promoting a sunrise boat cruise for the upcoming evening. At the time I had been working with a Hungarian girl for a few days. Her name was Anita and she was probably the most gorgeous girl I have laid eyes one. Never the less I was in Love, or perhaps lust, never the less she was 27 and I was only 22. She liked me but she looked at more more like a young pup in love. That Morning we were chatting up a couple German pilots and they were fawning all over Anita; they mentioned they were having a Bachelor party invited us to come. We told them that we had plans and with 12 other people, but they insisted and said they would send 6 cars to pick us up and bring us to their vila in the Mountains. That’s when I knew these guys were serious players and I was up for a good time. It was clearly Anita they were interested in, but nevertheless I was up for a bachelor party in the mountains. Sure enough they sent four Van cars to pick us up at 9pm. I was drinking cheap Sangria, smoking Spanish Cigarettes, and ready for an adventure. Bruno, Nick, Anita and I hopped in with a couple French guys from the 5th floor. We drove for at least a half hour, I loved the Spanish sangria and I was with Anita; as far as I was concerned the night was already perfect. We pulled up to the Vila and it was surreal. We walked in and they had three private bars set up with personal bartenders and one server. I looked around and there was about 25 people spread around a massive room. The room was all white from the furniture down to the marble counter tops. On the left the room was a short flight of stairs which lead to a pool side patio where one of the three bars hugged a corner of the pool.Anita looked back and whispered in my ear “You can thank me later.” since the only reason we had been invited was because the guys we had been talking to earlier were smitten with Anita; I mean I couldn’t blame them, who wouldn’t be. After greetings were done I started talking to some of the Bachelor’s friends and it turned out that the people hosting the party were all commercial airline pilots on Vacation from Germany. One of the pilots, or should I say new friends, gave me a tour of the Vila. He told me to follow him and that he wanted to show me something. We walked over to the pool where some beautiful mermaids were frolicking around, at this point they could have been actual mermaids considering I was on the 5th or 6th Amaretto and Coke. Then he looked at me and said “how about a better view?”, I told him I didn’t think it could get much better as we sat poolside with our feet in the water. He got up and I followed him downstairs. As I walked down the stairs into the basement I instantly understood what he meant. In THE BASEMENT of this Vila there were no walls but transparent glass looking into the bottom of the pool. It was like Sea World except the animals were drunken humans that I could converse with. Just watching these five mermaids float and frolic around in slow-mo…. it was great. I felt like I was in Scarface’s summer house in the Hamptons. “This definitely beats JETS waterfront condos.” “For 103 thousand euros a week it better be.” He brought me to a few other rooms and then we rejoined the party, at this point, as my good friend often says, everyone was on point. To go along with our private bartenders they had a fully stalked fridge with all the essentials; three 60’s of Goose, plenty of beer and enough energy drinks to power a small village.Suddenly it happened, my Canadian bud got his Ipod into the AUX port. Now, considering the crowd was very diverse this could have turned into a huge issue. The first song that came blaring out of the speaker was……. 0-100….by Drake. I Immediately start calling all my roommates to the dance floor which was elevated beside the pool, and the crisis was averted. It was now 3:30 in the morning when one of the Italian guys decided to jump from the dance floor into the pool… naked; a few more of us followed suit, myself included, and we began dancing and gyrating; I imagine it was what Magic Mike would have looked like if it had been underwater; after our performance it was getting close to 4:00 am and we decided to get out of the pool. Suddenly, we heard a knock at the door; it was none other than the police, or in Spanish, policia. I ran through the Vila making a PSA announcement POLICIA! POLICIA! I repeated while giggling. Turns out they were responding to a noise complaint; the host of the party grabbed 100 euros out of his pocket and gave it to the Policemen and he nodded his head and left with his two partners. After the cops left my Canadian friend yelled “VIVA la Spain!” everyone cheered, and the party continued until about 5:45 am, at which time the host of the party called seven cabs for us. As luck would have it only six taxis came on time; Anita and I had to wait for the 7th together, just the two of us. We were sitting in the grass chatting about the pleasures of life and how we were going to travel and see the world; that’s when she fell asleep on me, and my heart never so warm. -- source link
