obsessivedilettante: This was the best scene — not because of the annoying way they tried to shoe horn a last-minute love interest for Jin Woo (which, based on how she acted to get a ride from him and then purposefully left her phone in the car, I’d be wary about. Jin Woo doesn’t need more drama in his life). But I loved it because that’s Lee Chung Ah, who starred in tvN’s other noona jailbait rom-com, Flower Boy Ramyun Shop. Which means I’m totally assuming the boyfriend she made Jin Woo help her break up with was Chaaaaaaaaaaa Chi Soo (who was “only” six years younger). Perhaps his love of Pororo was just too much for their relationship to handle? I have decided it’s at least a bone the writer threw to me, because as cute as the interaction between the happily married couple was by the end, I’m still expecting disaster in a few years. They’re still gonna have to work hella hard — extra hard than more socially acceptable and financially stable relationships — to keep from burning out. Yeah, they’re cute’n’all, but there’s still legit concerns that can’t just be swept under a “happily ever after” rug. -- source link
