Around 12-16% protein, plus rich in the minerals that promote blood flow-Ants: Small, but easy to find + packed with goodies. Find them in anthills, usually under rocks or at the base of a tree. 14.4 grams of protein / 100 grams, plus 5.7mg iron / 100 grams.-Cockroach: Typically in forest / moist regions, found inside hallow trees, woodpiles, and mulch. Rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Fiber, and nearly 20% protein, depending on the species.-Termites: Another small one, but you can find thousands in rotting logs / wood, usually in the coastal areas or dense forest.
