In 1974 Marilyn’s first attempt at legitimizing herself as more than a porn actress was a cabaret show at the Riverboat restaurant in New York City. The show had its beginnings as a burlesque-oriented show called Skin ‘n’ Grin at the Capitol Theater in Passaic, New Jersey.
