Cold brew espresso success! I found recipes here and here. The key is to have medium ground coffee beans (too coarse and its just regular coffee, too fine and its gritty) and use at least a 1:3 grounds to water ratio to make it concentrated. I made two strengths, 1:3 and 1:2, and the weaker strength tastes pretty good in an iced latte! I’m excited to keep messing with this recipe to have the perfect ice latte for summer. -- source link
