I’m going to spend November making Christmas stockings, some to sell and some for babies I know. This is the first one, made with my long-coveted Madelinetosh Vintage (in Antler and Blood Runs Cold). I kind of get why it’s prohibitively expensive – it’s 100% merino wool, but it’s as soft as cotton. It’s like the perfect yarn.I cribbed the fair isle from this GORGEOUS (free!) sock pattern by The House of Hogbuffer. Had to change it a little to fit the stitch count. I gotta block this, but.
