Its been a week since me and Sam have arrived in Taiwan. This country is full of surprises! After visiting Japan every spring for the past five years and being completely in love, I didn’t expect to fall in love again. But somehow this beautiful country stole my heart just like Japan once did. Maybe Asia is just my place? I don’t know. Anyway, my impression of Taiwan is perfectly pictured in two photos above. How can one place equally be pure nature and a metropolis at once? We are staying in Taipei but visited Jiufen, and Taroko National park with its breathtaking gorge, waterfalls and jungle.
