STOLEN ART QUESTION!SOOOOOOOOOOOO a question for Everyone. I know i’m not the most popular artist out here but hoping for feedback. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0AX3R46fUM&t=531sSo Apparently I had art of mine featured in a Video WITHOUT my permission… ( Image is at 8:48) This is the piece in question.Now I came across this completely by CHANCE. I skip through most youtube videos and the image was only up for about a Second but it WAS up there. can’t believe I caught it. I found the video randomly browsing youtube. (it was suggested to me I admit that much)ANYWAYS at first I was actually flattered some one had used my work. However after browsing around I couldn’t find my name credited anywhere (maybe I didn’t look hard enough but I did look and it didn’t jump at me.)Too be honest I don’t really care that much. the concern is… SHOULD I? I noticed the guy has over100k subscribers. does that mean hes probably seeing money for his videos? at that point I do feel if you are profiting from the content then you SHOULD AT THE VERY LEAST credit work in your video done by other people. Whether it is music, drawings, videos, or quotes and etc and etc. Give credit where credit is due or do it yourself. I get it. The internet is FULL of stock images and free stuff to grab where you think no one will care. However that’s only till you get caught. I wont lose sleep over this but what if it was some one bigger making money off of it? is there a drawing point? should art be free to be shared? I was thinking of asking him to remove it but said screw it. why bother. is the guy really worth that much? But why should his worth matter? isn’t it wrong no matter how much the person is worth?It was wierd situation for me and I probably wont do anything about it.
