I’m a 20 year old artist going to SCAD for a BFA in Illustration! I like money and Hatsune Miku figurines and my mom making me watch JEM when I was a kid probably made me queer! Favorite JEM Band & Why? I’ve really grown to like The Misfits a lot recently, as a matter of just really liking their rougher style a lot more as well as playing around with the complexity of their characters as antagonists. What do you love best about their music?I really like how screechy and emotive they’re allowed to be compared to the other bands in the show. I think it’s just very fun and cool how the background vocals can sound like harmonizing banshee shrieks and the tone is nearly always antagonistic and snide, makes me feel very powerful!!!Anything Else?
