Some of my art pieces from this year. 2021 was kind of a nightmare at the beginning of the year for me. In addition to a heap of personal and professional stress, I had to go through a pretty rough metamorphosis of thought to be able to keep getting up and going to work everyday. This led to an output of a lot more physical, 3D kinds of art that I focused on this year. I spent a lot less time worrying about posting anything on any of my social media accounts, and just kind of focused on the craft. I learned a lot from the process, and I think it was very cathartic and healing for me, but looking back now, I wish I had documented it better. I like to be able to look through my own feed and use it to reflect on the time I spent on art during the year, and what I learned, so my biggest goals for 2022 revolve around that idea. I have some pretty serious art goals for the coming year, as well as utilizing my website and social media content more efficiently. Hopefully that means more of the content you guys ask me about or have mentioned enjoying in the future. I have some pretty cool stuff I’m excited to share with you, and I am grateful for the support. I think all in all a message of Hope is what I have to share for the end of the year and our step into the next one. Things will get brighter, there is a lot to look forward to. Everything will turn out all right, take care of yourself, so that you can care for those who surround you. You have a lot to contribute, and you may never know how much you can help to change the energy and positivity of the people around you. You get to choose how you react, and that is powerful, sometimes the most impactful thing you can do.
