I did: ✩ 15 min cardio ✩ 50 crunches ✩ 10 bicycles, 10 accelerated ✩ 10 burpees ✩ 100 jumping jacks Lunch: ✩ 1 medium size mango (135 calories) Snack Time!: ✩ ½ cup Special K strawberry cereal (80 calories) ✩ 1/3 cup Canned Tuna (90 calories) ✩ ½ cup Corn (60 calories) ✩ 3 small slices pineapple (30 calories) ✩ Small bites Kailua chicken (90 calories) ✩ 1/3 tsp relish (0 calories) Total: 485 calories Not bad.
