I happened upon a lot of late-1940s tourist photos of Versailles recently, all featuring the same unidentified woman. The woman is likely part of the ATS or WAAF (thanks to Fake History Hunter & friend for the info!). Each photo has a handwritten note on the back. These are the first three of the six photos; all images are from my scans/collection.Caption 1:  “Nice fountain, and a good view of the Hall of Mirrors, the rest is terrible.” Caption 2: “Xmas, when I got a little cross eyed and boy was it cold.
