Stages 1,2,3 of the Syncro build. Well. Broadly speaking. Its actually been years of small steps (many of which are documented on my website). I have to admit since the end of 2019 its been a real slog keeping positive about the van. I’m sure anyone with an old VW, or any old van, especially overlanders, will understand how incredibly brutal it can get. Its forever two steps forwards, one step back, and the cost to do things properly is just astronomical. That said. I love my van. The blood, sweat and tears further cement that bond, and I’m excited to push us both much harder/further moving forwards. The new windows were fitted this weekend, resealed the roof and getting closer to figuring out this annoyingly vibration (which I think is suspension related now - hoping new set-up will eradicate that).
