We just got fresh raw goat buttermilk so I had to try making buttermilk ice cream by mixing pasture-raised egg yolks, sugar, grass-fed cow’s cream, grass-fed milk and Okinawan sea salt. The red stuff is cranberry syrup I just made. Without gums it is very runny but I don’t care, it is delicious! Also Tobias insisted on adding some Ugandan chocolate….. wow.
