Sometimes it’s just about the emotion - the intensity, that place where they go away to in their head, that fight as to whether they can cope, or they can’t cope… or what would happen if they couldn’t cope? And that’s an interesting question - if you can’t cope with any more, yet it doesn’t stop, what happens? What does not coping look like? In my experience, not coping, when you let yourself go there, is pretty much just the same as coping. It’s just the struggle to hold back that’s difficult. -- source link
