Recently I noticed our family’s food nerds: we calculate (sometimes we only try to when being out) carbs, fat, protein, sugar, salt, vits and so on. ✌✌ I’d like to dedicate this post to my nutrition, to be more precise: changes in it. So, basically, my morning starts with a cup of coffee, an apple (yep, that’s a weird «sandwich» combination), afterwards I eat/drink my oatmeal (everyday the amount of everything is the same, except for Wednesdays and Sundays, as they’re my gym days off - no gym, unfortunately, but rest) - 20 gr of oats, 15 gr of peanut butter, one scoop of protein powder, some strawberries and a tiny little bit of a banana (not always, only if we’ve got it in the fridge) plus some water, then I can get smth about 550-600 ml of the oatmeal. Boom! Lunch time: 300 gr of any meat (may sometimes be chicken breasts, turkey breasts, some other combinations are possible: tuna, blah-blah fish, but no, tuna though, or salmon, okaaay!), 20 gr of carbs (wholegrains: bread or pasta, as well as some basmati rice), “rabbit food” - I mean unlimited amount of greens, so we usually make some salad, and for our supper we eat (for 2 of us) - 5 eggs (2 yolks only), some fried pepper with 40-50 gr of curd cheese, and greens with some curd cheese as well - something about 50 gr or a little more, and a glass of milk. We mostly use coconut oil, olive oil’s also used but it’s not so popular in the family. And I shouldn’t forget about drinking water, - Love always reminds me about how important it is! So, that was my inspiration from My Love. ❤❤ I feel spring everyday, and I adore it! P.S.
