Step 1 - mash a banana (Over ripe not necessary) Step 2 - add peanut butter (I used 2 spoons unsweetened) Step 3 - add oats (I used quick and regular - either is fine) Step 4 - optional - add ins! (2 spoons of coconut & choc chips) you can use nuts, dried fruit, even make a well on top and add jelly. Step 5 - bake! 10-15 min @ 350 These are vegan, heart healthy, sugar free (depending on add-ins) easy to make, satisfying, and the possibilities are endless!
