I believe if it isn’t Sara and Bethany being the twins from the Halloween story than it was Cece and Bethany. Perhaps, Jason and Melissa thought they saw Cece wearing Alison’s outfit but it was really Bethany and they got them mixed up. I will buy this theory any day. -- source link
