Was just thinking about the Golden Rule: treat others as you would expect to be treated. Basically the law of reciprocity. And how difficult that is to do and protect yourself from people who don’t necessarily follow the same philosophy. My thought was that, in the long run, following the rule is better than not. If you treat people well it will come back to you in good ways… eventually. Today I got an anonymous gift in the mail. Some Nike Metcon 1’s. I’m not really into material gifts.
