aeridanus: I don’t have anything worthwhile to show (yet), so here’s a book recommendation. :) This is the “handbook of comparative anatomy of domesticated animals” (original German title: “Handbuch der vergleichenden Anatomie der Haustiere”). I got it for the outrageous price of €17 ($18.50), and it’s a 1000-page gold mine of mammalian anatomy. Maybe you know some of the images from Ellenberger’s “An atlas of animal anatomy for artists” - it’s the same Ellenberger, but this time in “for adults”-mode. :) I don’t know if there’s an English translation, but the drawings really speak without words.
