I got back to Ghana last week on Monday. I hit the ground running with the Independence Rock Showcase and thought I could just keep going …Fast Forward..It’s been three days since I last ate anything solid. This banana and pineapple smoothie is everything that I need right now. Until yesterday, I was managing a 102 fever for three days. Not to mention, it’s hot as I don’t know what in Ghana right now! I was sweating like a race horse my whole first week back. I have been learning many valuable lessons during this mercury retrograde..including patience, clear communication, delegation & most importantly self muthaluvin care!! No matter what you have going on..remember to take care of yourself as well! Since beginning my fast three days ago, I manicured the nails on my hands and feet, got a fade and line up, washed/oiled my locks, did a sea salt body scrub, stayed silent and layed TF down all day if I wanted too ‍♂️ Unfortunately, I could not be an active participant in My Brothers Healing Yoga Challenge organized by @blackboysom…But I am strong enough today to share the Brothers posts on my story I’m Loving What Im Seeing So Far!
