You don’t have to be alone with those demons in your head. Why no let them out and introduce them to me? Let’s spend some time together, talk and get to know one another. You really think I don’t have the strength to deal with them? You really think they can scare me off? You really think, given all the places I’ve gone and all the thoughts I’ve had, they can come up with anything that will shock or repel me? Life is hard, we all take damage. Everyone carries demons - but it’s the fear of what they might be, of what they might mean, of what they might make us do, that gives them power. Demons don’t scare me anymore. Like wayward subs once they are acknowledged and understood they can be tamed, bound, and made to serve you. If you feel you don’t have the Will to fight them right now - just hand them over to me for a while. I’m well practised in these dark arts. Trust me - they don’t stand a chance. -- source link
