dopeluminarydreamer: bi-trans-alliance: bi-trans-alliance: Solidarity Apparently “bi and pan solidarity only exists on the internet”. This isn’t the case. What you see above isn’t an anomaly. Is the idea that bisexuality is bad and anti trans prevalent in irl queer spaces? Yes. It’s goddamn everywhere. The difference? The people doing this crap offline, while some are pan, are largely cis gay and straight folk who just want to trash bisexuality while pretending it’s “allyship” to trans folk, and you can bet they don’t give a single flying damn about pan or trans folk outside of that. In fact, they actively want to divide us so we’re an easier target. It’s the same online, but it’s much easier to make it seem like it’s mostly *us* doing it on here. Bi, pan, and trans folk loving and supporting each other is a radical act, and not at all as uncommon as this blue hellscape and other hellsites make it seem. It’s only true the opposite: that something like “pan and bi people hating each other’s guts” is only an internet thing -- source link
