slut-solutions: @staff I still have not heard anything from Tumblr regarding my terminated blog, Slut-Problems. This is my third message. The blog was shut down on Nov. 9, 2017 and it is now Nov 22, 2017. I am requesting legal help regarding getting my original writing back from Tumblr. I am asking you to please review the termination of the blog Slut-Problems. I have not violated any of Tumblr’s community guidelines and I always gave credit or attribution where it was due. The blog contained erotic stories written by me. I also published other people’s stories, with credit to the author who wrote them. Those were always submissions. I also accepted submissions of nudes and posted those for people. I also answered asks about a wide variety of sexual topics and I aimed to help people with my answers. I am currently working on moving to another platform since this is the second time Tumblr has terminated my blog without warning. It upsets me because I love Tumblr, and I enjoyed helping people here. I truly do not understand why you would delete a blog like mine that strove to help others when there are so many blogs out there that truly are violating your policies. I have worked hard to ensure that I stayed within your guidelines, and to be arbitrarily shut down with no warning, no explanation and no response after three messages requesting why is upsetting. I am currently speaking with my attorney about trying to get my original writings back from Tumblr. It says in your help section that I should attempt to resolve the issue with you first, so this is my second attempt to try to resolve the issue. I have attached an example of how my blog helped people. Please review this matter and get back to me.My 3rd letter to Tumblr regarding Slut-Problems. Still no explanation and no response. -- source link
