There has been this misconception for a women to be considered healthy and fit she needs to be around 120-130 pounds. And that is 100% not the reality for all women. We come in different heights, we gain muscle and weight all differently. To say that all women should be a certain weight to be healthy is bullshit and sticking us in a box (And honestly the same goes for men) Because of what social media is constantly pushing us what healthy “should look like” it has subconiously taught us to compare our bodies to women that fit in that so called “box” of what healthy is.
