kandikalistar: When you’re comfortable in your skin it honestly doesn’t even matter if you have clothes on. I remember a time when I’d see a fat girl and I’d be like “omg I feel so bad for her … does she not realize her fat is showing?”. Here’s the thing. She probably wore that shit intentionally AND/OR she was so liberated that she probably honestly didn’t know/care shit was hanging out. It took me a long time to get past and comprehend what I thought was this distorted lifestyle when In fact the distorted lifestyle is the one you’re living, thinking that 1) The fatphobic society we exist in is the “right way” 2) Actually thinking your opinion of said fat girl even matters. It doesn’t. - Feeling “bad” for a fat girl showing some fat isn’t feeling bad FOR THEM AT ALL. Figure out why it makes YOU so uncomfortable and then maybe you can be more at peace with yourself. Full transparency: sometimes my titties fall out of this shirt and I don’t even realize it. That, to me, is freedom. #effyourbodystandards #effyourbeautystandards #fuckfatphobia #landwhale #fatgirl #fatlovers #selflove https://www.instagram.com/p/BqKV9EDge_v/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=15y596xvapiml -- source link
