It’s a TRUE FACT that my #nourish bowls just keep getting bigger + bigger. That’s the reality of aiming to gain weight on a mainly whole foods, always plant based diet. You have to eat BIG, because whole plant foods are so voluminous . Also fact, as well as three decent meals a day, I also eat 3-4 energy dense snacks each day I’ve swapped out all the low-calorie, high-volume things I used to eat, such as rice cakes, for the most calorie dense alternative I can find I eat when I am not hungry, I keep eating when I am full, I get bloated + feel uncomfortable often . Just keeping it #REAL that a ‘healthy’ looks different for everyone, and will even be different for the same person at different times in their lives + depending on their health goals.
