toadschooled:Photographer Tyrone Ping captured these wonderful shots of a Rose’s rain frog [Breviceps rosei] in Cape Town, South Africa. This species spends the majority of it’s life buried in the sandy ground, which is also where it lays its eggs. These frogs cannot swim or hop, as they have no need to; the dirt has everything they need.  -- source link
