My first six weeks of workout and meal plans. It’s been tough. It’s difficult to change your whole lifestyle. I didn’t do it perfectly (I love lattes mostly) but I did really give it my all. The pictures don’t show as much progress as I see in myself, but I’m definitely stronger and can feel a change.
